From last year to this year at the International Pizza Expo… we leveled up in a big way 🔥🍕
Last year we brought a solid pizza setup, this year we showed up with a fully upgraded, larger custom pizza trailer built for serious production and long days on the road.
This build features a spacious layout, onboard restroom for full operational independence, a hybrid wood + propane fired pizza oven for flexibility and consistency, and a full AC system to keep the workspace comfortable even in high-heat service environments. Every detail was designed to improve efficiency, workflow, and overall performance.
The difference from last year to this year reflects the evolution of our builds and the growing demand for high-capacity, fully equipped mobile pizza operations.

Come check out this Mugnaini LP/Wood-Fired pizza oven installed in our orange 24-foot triple-axle custom pizza trailer, built for our customer in Mancos, Colorado. This mobile pizza kitchen was designed and fabricated from the ground up by Quality Trailers Inc, engineered specifically for high-volume wood-fired pizza operations.
At the heart of the build is the Mugnaini Model 140 pizza oven, a world-class Italian-style oven capable of producing authentic Neapolitan, artisan, and wood-fired pizzas with incredible heat retention and performance. The oven is mounted on the rear porch area of the trailer, creating a unique open cooking experience that draws customers in and showcases the pizza-making process.
This 24-foot triple axle food trailer was fully fabricated in-house starting from raw materials, featuring a heavy-duty frame, stainless steel interior walls and ceilings, commercial refrigeration, and a layout optimized for fast pizza production in a mobile environment. Whether operating at festivals, breweries, food truck pods, or catering events, this trailer is designed to help pizza operators scale their business with a professional mobile kitchen.
We’ll be showcasing this build at the International Pizza Expo, the largest pizza industry event in the world.
