Come check out this Mugnaini LP/Wood-Fired pizza oven installed in our orange 24-foot triple-axle custom pizza trailer, built for our customer in Mancos, Colorado. This mobile pizza kitchen was designed and fabricated from the ground up by Quality Trailers Inc, engineered specifically for high-volume wood-fired pizza operations.

At the heart of the build is the Mugnaini Model 140 pizza oven, a world-class Italian-style oven capable of producing authentic Neapolitan, artisan, and wood-fired pizzas with incredible heat retention and performance. The oven is mounted on the rear porch area of the trailer, creating a unique open cooking experience that draws customers in and showcases the pizza-making process.

This 24-foot triple axle food trailer was fully fabricated in-house starting from raw materials, featuring a heavy-duty frame, stainless steel interior walls and ceilings, commercial refrigeration, and a layout optimized for fast pizza production in a mobile environment. Whether operating at festivals, breweries, food truck pods, or catering events, this trailer is designed to help pizza operators scale their business with a professional mobile kitchen.

We’ll be showcasing this build at the International Pizza Expo, the largest pizza industry event in the world.

Quality Trailers did an amazing job building our food trailer, and I feel very lucky to have chosen them to handle our project. We have been using our new trailer for a few months now, and I am extremely pleased with how it is performing.

We were looking to upgrade to a food trailer after doing pop-ups at farmers markets in the San Francisco Bay Area for the last 5 years. I looked into a few local builders but they were ridiculously expensive (California prices) and it didn't feel like a sound investment. After a few more Google searches I came across Quality Trailers. I flew out to Portland to check them out and Vitaliy the salesperson showed me around their facilities and various trailer builds. He was very knowledgeable about the technical details of the trailers and very transparent regarding the build out and permitting processes. My gut told me I could trust Quality Trailers to do a good job so we moved forward with them.

We signed the contract in March 2025 and the trailer was completed July 2025. The entire process was smooth and the level of communication exceeded my expectations. Pavel the project manager was always quick to field any questions and sent us multiple picture updates on the build progress. I drove up to Portland in late August to pick up the trailer and brought it back down to the Bay Area.

The build quality of our food trailer is top notch and every design detail is well thought out. Everything from the electrical systems to the gas and water components are clearly labeled and intuitive to operate. We also love how the interior of the trailer is all stainless steel (even the ceilings) and everything is sealed off with caulk so cleaning is a breeze. The guys at Quality Trailers really know what they are doing. Not only are they extremely professional in the way they conduct business, but they also have the experience and know-how to back it up. I definitely recommend anyone looking to get into the mobile food business or upgrading their setup to reach out to them!

Hands down the BEST trailer builders you’ll ever work with!

We had our custom pizza trailer built by Quality Trailers, and the entire experience was beyond incredible. From the very first phone call to the final delivery, they were professional, patient, and incredibly thorough.

We had a vision for what we wanted, and they nailed it. Even after changing the design countless times (seriously, we lost track!), not once did they make us feel like a burden. They always picked up our calls, responded to our texts, and walked us through every step—no matter how small.

They also handled all the paperwork and approvals with L&I for Washington State, which was a HUGE help. There was a hiccup during the approval process due to a personnel change on the state’s side, but thanks to the solid relationship Quality Trailers has with L&I, they pushed our file through and got us approved without delay.

We’ve had multiple local vendors—including the team who wrapped our trailer—go out of their way to tell us this was the best-built trailer they’ve seen. That says everything.

We’ll 100% be using Quality Trailers again when it’s time to expand. Great people. Great communication. Exceptional quality. If you’re looking for a builder you can trust to do it right and treat you like family, look no further.

Entering the Food Cart scene back in 2022, I had little experience or knowledge about all the regulations and codes that come with being in the Food Industry. Vitaliy and his crew made things so easy! QUALITY made carts, and the customer service is top notch! This comes from a guy who loves to find inconsistency. The strictest health department in our region said these were the best plan review sets they’ve ever seen before. And the service doesn’t stop when the trailer is delivered. Vitaly and the quality team have spent an incredible amount of time with us in the time following delivery to help us make sure we understood the ins and outs of the trailer and its operation - more than they should have needed to frankly but it’s our first one and we had a lot of questions! They’ve truly gone above and beyond to help make sure we were off on the right foot. They go out of their way to set you up for success. They live up to their name. Amazing amazing team. Well done.
